Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Express orders placed before 11:00 AM CST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will be processed the following business day.

United States Shipping

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Express Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

International Shipping

We offer both Standard International Shipping and Express International Shipping.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, your destination, customs processing, weather conditions, and the shipping carrier.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Texas, USA.

• Once your package has been been shipped, Soignée by Shana Cole is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
