Returns & Exchanges
At Soignée by Shana Cole, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help within our return guidelines.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only, which can be used toward any future purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, or odors
- Be returned in their original condition
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Soignée by Shana Cole is not responsible for lost return packages.

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit:

- Merch
- Pre-Orders & Special Orders

- The $40 Edit
- Any item marked Final Sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@soigneebyshanacole.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We'll work quickly to make it right.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, Soignée by Shana Cole is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Soignée by Shana Cole reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy or shows signs of wear, use, damage, or abuse.
